Constantinos Podias (Gus), owner of VINCON Enterprises, has 32 years experience in the construction industry. His company proudly serves the New York Metropolitan region as contractors and as a construction management firm. Vincon Enterprises provides a full service in general contracting and development for all phases of construction, from brownstones renovations, new buildings coming out of the ground, renovation of apartments, building out retail or office space, and building green. We perform any type of construction.

Constantinos Podias (Gus)
Constantinos (Gus) is a professional contractor and construction manager. With 32 years experience in the industry, he currently is the principal of VINCON Enterprises LLC. His education consists of an Associate's Degree in Applied Science Business Administration from Rockland Community College, a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Mercy College and a Master's Degree of Science in Construction Management and Real Estate Development from New York University. Prior to founding VINCON, Constantinos worked for several of the top competitors in the Tri-State area. These companies included Marson Contracting Company, Pavarini McGovern, Torcon and RCDolner Construction LLC. Constantinos was employed as a Project Superintendent at all of these companies and developed the necessary skill set and credentials to be the professional that he is.
Constantinos (Gus) has a plethora of both large scale and small scale experience in the construction industry. This experience includes the entire construction of three high rises, twelve, nineteen and thirty four stories tall located in the heart of Manhattan. Two major hotel renovations both located in New York City, a full-gut brownstone renovation in the West Village, and a massive renovation of the Egyptian Gallery located at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Along with this work, Constantinos (Gus) has also been in charge of the renovation of many different apartments and lofts all throughout New York City.
